Ever since local teen Charles Volpe drowned in the Maury River in April 2006, the city, its residents and the young man's family have been at odds over the fate of the Jordan's Point dam.

This week, area residents met with the Lexington City Council to discuss the city's options. Helen Coupe has the story.
